We have made the biggest set of changes to the site since launch. If you have been here before, a few things will look different. Here is what changed and why.
A proper mega menu
The header now carries two mega menus alongside the existing calculator menus.
- Blog opens a two-column panel listing every article category, with an “All articles” link at the top.
- Skills opens a matching panel listing the ten skill tracks.
The calculator menus โ CGPA Tools, SGPA Tools and Learn โ are unchanged and stay exactly where they were. Nothing has moved out of them.
Fifteen article categories
Articles used to sit in one undifferentiated pile. They are now sorted into topics, so you can follow the parts of the site you care about and ignore the rest:
- Tool Reviews & Comparisons
- Education & Learning
- Exams & Admissions
- Skills Development
- Technology & Software
- Business & Entrepreneurship
- Startups & Innovation
- Finance & Investing
- Marketing & Sales
- Career & Jobs
- E-commerce & Retail
- Health & Wellness
- Lifestyle & Productivity
- Apps & Tools
- News & Updates
Existing articles have kept their URLs. Nothing you have bookmarked has broken.
Ten skill tracks
Skill tracks are different from article categories. An article category is a subject; a track is a route through one. The ten are Coding & Programming, Data Science & AI, Digital Marketing, Communication & Public Speaking, Personal Finance & Investing, Leadership & Management, Design & Creativity, Exam Strategy & Study Skills, Productivity & Time Management, and Career & Job Readiness.
Each track has a starting article now, and more will be added in sequence rather than at random, so the order you read them in will make sense.
A new colour
The site has moved from a bright lime to a mint green. The reason is readability: the old accent was hard to read as text on white, which meant headings and links had to use a different colour from buttons. The new green works in both places, so the palette is simpler and the contrast is better โ particularly on phones in daylight.
The logo, buttons, links and highlights have all moved together. Layout, fonts and spacing are unchanged.
What has not changed
Every calculator works exactly as before. The CGPA calculator, SGPA calculator, conversion tools and planners are untouched โ same formulas, same results, still free and still without a login.
What is next
More articles in the thinner categories, and a clearer path through each skill track. If something looks broken or a link sends you somewhere odd, tell us through the contact page โ that kind of report is genuinely useful and gets fixed quickly.
